Foreign bidders must submit copy of valid (renewed) product registration certificate(Market authorization) issued by Ethiopian Food and Drug Authority(EFDA) for each quoted item before the bid closing date and time.(1st priority).

In case if all bidders fail to submit copy of valid (renewed) product registration certificate(Market authorization) issued by Ethiopian Food and Drug Authority(EFDA) , valid (renewed) CE or FDA or EFDA GMP will be considered as 2nd priority.

Local bidders must submit valid(renewed) product manufacturing License  or Market Authorization issued by Ethiopian Food and Drug Authority (EFDA) for each quoted items before the bid closing date and time.
